Hello, I’m Monica — designer of the Health & Healing Lifestyle Plan.
My work is rooted in a deep respect for the human body and a belief that supporting the body’s most basic biological needs is the first and most important step to healing. I don’t teach protocols — I teach people how to create the conditions their body needs to function, adapt, and heal. Rather than chasing symptoms, I support healing through simple, sustainable lifestyle foundations, especially where it’s most often overlooked: in everyday habits. These habits work together to support the body as a whole — not in isolation, but in harmony.
